Q: How long shipping will take?
A: We will ship as soon as possible (usually next day after receiving payment), but please allow 7 days for shipping you package.
Also, please allow another about 4 weeks for delivery, we’re shipping with Poczta Polska (Polish Post Office).
In many cases delivery time will be much shorter.
Q: Does the package is packed well? I wish I will receive unbroken order.
A: Yes! We are packing safely to make sure your order will not be destroyed during delivery.
Q: I have problem with my order (whatever is received already or not), what should I do?
A: Contact with us using contact form at the bottom of the site. We help you out for sure.
Q:How can I pay?
A:You can pay with Paypal or credid card (even if you don’t have Paypal account).
For orders from Poland we also accept bank transfers.
Q:How can remove product from cart?
A:Just set quatity to 0 and update cart.
Q: Why your Store Regulations are in polish language? I can’t understand it.
A: Our store is very fresh, so our Store Regulations are still in translation for English,
however we were in need to setup our store in accordance with the law of Poland and European Union.
Our shop is customer friendly and regulations are made for the safety and convenience of our customers.
